This community is at the edge already since official DBO servers will be closed. We don't need more feuds. Some people doesn't do anything good just provoking even more shit. The only good thing about these threads was that it showed us some serious problems that can't be ignored.
We have good people, still strong unity and I know that everything can be resolved as long as people talk without pointing out past hurts.
Hey man! Pretty good thus far been seeing some gains in my shoulders and chest is becoming more defined. Been doing a lot more dumbbell and incline and decline rather then regular benching and its payed off. Legs are starting to get back into the swing of things getting a lot stronger and wayyy more defined, seeing good separation in my muscles in my thighs now. Might start working back towards strength training because i have noticed im peaking a bit in my lifts when it comes to upper body so i might need to switch some things up to increase my weight and blast through a plateau that ive been up for upwards of 3-4 months. How about you whats going on? :)
