Jeraf and I argue a lot, and sorry for the late edit to my previous post.

I can't find the gamemeca article, and have seen 0 indication of fusion in previous interviews.

It's in this thread, Citrinate posted link to article right there

http://www.dbocom.com/forum/showthread.php?t=322

for all direct link: Korean Source

And for You Nero the paragraph where word fusion comes up using google translator is the one below screen of super human with destructo disc.

Its not jizzing over ideas, its taking pieces of information about the game and trying to put them together to better understand how the game is going to be. nobody should rule anything out thats stupid, its still in beta. If you ever played a beta you know the game drastically changes once the game is ready for release. and im not even really referring to fusion because i dont really care about it, just a cool little thing on the side if it ends up being true.

this it? http://www.gamemeca.com/news/news_vi...ch_text=&send=

After looking at the original the only mention of fusion was that they wanted to keep game mechanics close to the series, but they are worried about implementing mechanics such as fusion, and how it can be handled.

In short no fusion isn't in. They only express their concern of certain mechanics and how hard they would be to implement.

I agree with Nero about the fusion subject. Also fusion between players is highly unlikely no matter how you look at it doesn't work for an mmo. Perhaps fusion between player and npc, through special summon makes more since if they were going to implement it. Shared exp with npc or stored exp through an item, is a neat idea... "if" they ever did. Wouldn't expect it because if you do you'd probably be disappointed.

And... to have an npc purely just for a special summoning, is mehh... That's the only way i'd think it'd work though. <,<

Flying was old news, Piree found that a while ago in this thread.

Also, I agree with Nero. It doesn't say there will be fusion; in fact, it says the exact opposite. It says that they would like to include fusion because it would be true to the series, but allowing players to fuse would cause problems. This is pretty much confirmation that fusion will not be in the game.

I'm closing this thread before anyone else makes any more assumptions based on a bad Google translation and because the information in here has already been posted elsewhere.
