Hello Everyone!

A month ago I tried out Karma, but to my disappointment I started losing interest in the class recently. My first class that I played is my Shadow Knight and I guess I just adapted to a "melee" play style. I got tired of Karma because unlike my Shadow Knight it had a lack of skills and it was literally "Buff -> Kaioken -> Auto-Attack -> Repeat."

Unfortunately it got really tiring for me so I made this thread to ask you guys one simple question:
What class should I make?

To help you guys help me I've made a list of specifications to suit my play-style since I neglected it the previous time.

1. MUST be a Melee Class!
I've grown to close to my Shadow Knight, I like to fight up-close but one or two skills that have some range like Bold Strike are good to have. Basically I narrowed it down halfway.

2. MUST be Fun!
I know that there is usually at least ONE person that says "I don't know what your idea of fun is... DUURRRP." Well here: Like I said I like melee, also I like to be a class that levels up fast solo since I play DBO Korea and I'm literally the only person in my time zone. Finally, a class that is not outrageously expensive. I know most of you guys out there play Taiwan but I guess if its a good weapon there it's a good weapon here.

3. MUST be a Party-Play class!
Everyone wants to go to CC, Kraken, Cell-X and other high level content once they reach the appropriate level. I know in my last specification I want a class that can solo level up as well due to my inconvenient time zone. I guess a class that is strong outside and inside of parties is pretty awesome as well.

4. CAN be well rounded!
This is my last bullet-point because I do not want to keep going and then see someone reply "No class can meet all of these specifications...HURRDURRR." Keyword: "can." Another thing is versatility. I hate the feeling of being turned down to go on a CC run because I'm not the appropriate class for the job.

Review for what I have ruled out

Shadow Knight~obvious -_-
Karma~just no.
Most "Spiritualist-like" classes UNLESS you have a good reason to back it up! Except for Karma. just no.
Preferably no turtle and fighter recommendations just to save you the trouble. Lots of those in DIVINE and they are amazing so I do not really feel like making one, but everything else is up for the taking!

Thank you everyone! I will be sure to read and thank all responses and take them into consideration!

{I've added a poll for quick reference and to see what classes are available to avoid confusion}

I like DW, maybe is because my main character is one and I'm adapted to the game style of this class.

Okay I will take your response into consideration! I hope I get to see some more responses as well.

Sorry for reposting! My computer is acting funny because when i click edit post it wont go...

Also if anyone has any builds for the class that they voted for on hand can you please share it because it saves the hassle for me to get results from this poll and then make another thread

this is my build: http://dbocom.com/tools/skill-calcul...1101315050430/

the essential skills of a DW are: Dragon punishment (heal your self), Energy Siege (main AoE attack), Dragon Strike (KD, 2/4 sp), Draconic Curse (decrease enemies defense, at max is AoE)

and I recommend this build too: http://dbocom.com/tools/skill-calcul...1101355050230/

I was hoping for a class that has those qualities but is speed party compatible. From what I have heard speed party is the way to go.

Since you're not aiming for Shadow Knight or Fighter (Since it seems you're into PVE, and fighters are good in it with their speed), then I'd suggest swordsman. High DPS class and they even have ranged attacks if you want Burning Attack and such on your build.

Dark Warriors are ... good for PVE, but their damage isn't as good as a SK, although, if you have the right gear and upgrades, you'd do some damage. However, I do like their Life Steal attack, it's good when you're gathering alot of mobs and running low on health, but it does take a lot of EP.

Pokos, they're not a PVE Class, they're basically at the same expectations as a karma, except they can heal and revive.

Cranes, this is also an Energy Attack class (when it comes to auto attack of course, Lol). But, they use Physical Critical skills such as that "DoT" Skill, but I don't know much about Cranes, but I've always wanted to try one. I would give it a shot if you wanted to try another class you'd like to play.

Grand Chef, you're not going anywhere, people will just ask you for buffs and move on.

Now, as an Ultimate, many people just leave them outside of Krakken, since they're just there to buff. Although, CC is a different story. Some people will take Ultis with them at Krakken, Cell - X, etc. Only thing I like about Ultis are their buffs and kid buu. When it comes to their regular damage (outside of kid buu), I would disapprove of using them, but their Cluster Bomb is OP.

Now, from the list that'd apply to your expectations, I'd suggest either Swordsman or Crane.

I put a vote for swordsman because that is what one of my friends wanted me to be. Let's keep this going, the more responses the more information that people can use to find classes especially me. XD
