I would be kinda pissed if a Super Saiya-jin 2 or 3 was added. The reason so is because everyone would so easily take advantage of it, plus, they are humans. Not Saiyan. I'm happy with what you can transform into now.. There is really no need for a Super Saiyan 2 or 3 in this game.
If anything, I see the whole "well they used the dragon balls" thing as just another way to make it more difficult. I seriously doubt that Namekians, for instance, would need to use the dragon balls to learn their transformation.
Actually they are from a different timeline so we wouldn't exactly know their percentage of Saiyan. I did the math some time ago and concluded that they are 0.015625 Saiyan, but several people corrected me stating they are from some alternate universe or something.
Yeah, apparently they are. But it seems to be subjective, as the opening with the whole introduction thing hasn't happened with every character I've played as. I've honestly just been of the mindset that a lot of them are from what's currently the present.
Even if they were present we'd need to know the generation gap between the generations to make an accurate calculation (So both of us have simple assumptions based on common thought).
