Citrinate, you've definitely outdone yourself this time. I just finished a clean install of Windows 7, I'll be testing this to see how it works!

Edit: Citrinate, in the Read Me.txt it says that you used a base for the patch. If English translations are made for the first group, in which the patcher does support, how hard would it be for you to use the new file with translations from that base you used with translations FROM the first group, and not the second. Since the second isn't supported yet.

1) Can I unzip this to the PAK folder?

2) I didn't understand your statements in the topic, when a new patch comes out do I have to get a new patcher?

I got an error about my pc missing MSCVP100.dll which I don't see in the original file.

You're antivirus is clearly not in it's right state of mind today.

I scanned it with my ESET and Malwarebytes' , it's clean.

Heads up to everyone, this will ONLY work right if DBO is installed in the default path.


1. You shouldn't. Keep it in "Program Files" and just make a shortcut to the application.

2. This tool does the patching for you. If there were to be new translations you would have to download a new patcher because it uses the lang0 provided as the base.

Can the dll be added to the zip? I don't know if it might be my version of windows that just doesn't have it, or you have some type of developer tool that I don't. I have windows 7 Pro.

No, you can't unzip it to the pak folder for the reason being there's already a file called "lang0.pak" there and you can't have 2 files with the same name in the same folder. And yes you do have to reapply the patch every time the game updates. It won't do that automatically.


I don't completely understand what you're asking. If you're asking if you can use a different lang0.pak file as the base then yes you can. Just replace a new one with the one found in the zip.


I've uploaded a new version that will hopefully fix the dll errors. Please download it and tell me how it works.
