I'm betting a new one would have to be made. Then again, I dunno how different Korean is from Chinese.
Nor do I know if the programming of the patcher is simply interchangeable like that.
(P.S.) Looking at Google translate - the differences between Chinese and Korean seem fairly large - the characters are more sharp with Chinese, as opposed to more rounded with Korean.
But again, I don't know :P

With the recent Earthquake, Tsunamis, and so on..
I think DBO being released in Japan might be delayed for awhile, might be wrong though.

Even if this incident weren't to have occurred, I don't think we would have seen Dragon Ball Online JP any time soon. I don't expect to see a Japanese server for at least another year or two, with the speed they're moving. |

Probably not for all lvl 50's out there. But I bet it's worth it for all lvl 40 and lower lvls. And even so if what I recall is correct the more people there are on the chinese/japanese servers the higher the chances of there being an american server sometime soon.
