Seems you might have a corrupted install perhaps Martko? I would try reinstalling as I doubt contacting customer service would avail you much. Thats also what that message says by the way.
Its just saying you can't play right now. The beta has not started yet
But I can start the launcher and it brings me to the login screen, if he can't even start the launcher there's something else going on. (Can't login though 2 more hours!)

If you run it as admin then it will take you to the login screen but who cares if you can't play yet.
