These are things I made a long while ago that I don't mind using, but most aren't completely serious for the anime (but you can use them if you want, anyway!). I made possible positions for them just for the laughs.

Mysterious man that appears to tell the hero advice from a narrow alleyway and then vanishes. Him being not anime style would point out his (not-belonging?), making him intriguing and unusual. Possibly working for the villain in the end! (would be cool but not necessary)


One of the stronger evil minions the hero must face before continuing his journey. Maybe caged until fights from poor state of mind.


Hero's young partner (out of many, like around 3-5 in the group) (he's a good combatant when it comes to power, might not be great at speed)


Similar type of character for the tech and information know-it-all, back at HQ (not to be take too seriously)


Friendly civilization with these organisms, all small and with their rockets. Although, not a very great military might, as they're being easily squashed by the villain. (not to be taken seriously)


I'm still working on the hair preferenced drawing, by the way.

The first one in my opinion fits as a "joker" type of villain..you know..a guy whose face looks funny but is a real psycho inside..the 2nd one was also okay..
But then the 3rd one..I think It kind of has..too big arms..at least for me..I've watched kids next door and although I liked that show it really annoyed me how their palms and feet were almosth bigger than their heads.
The 4th one is a funny character that I don't think would belong in serious anime(looks like buu)
and the 5th one...I just cant see the picture :D..it's so small :P
I think we should try and keep the things on human/serious style...The guy with a hand that is a plant and eats everything is fine, as he is infected, the walking creature fine, but the goofiness wouldn't feet..such as weird eyes like Luffy from One Piece, or big palms but thin arms..
But that's just my opinion..would fit in a comical anime...not here though :/

Okay :). I don't have a full design of the pic#2, but other than his torso (where shown) and maybe around his neck being stitched or sewn to the arms. I didn't have space (I lassoed him from an assignment I scanned) to make the other arm, but it's the same as the other plant arm. Variations can be made to the arms' teeth (because it looks kind of like a chain chomp) can be made, but I'd prefer the mouth/teeth to stay in the same shape.

For the heroes, maybe we could have some sort of small mafia group (think extremely small), but the leader of the biggest mafia sealed a deal with the devil for "immortality" and power. Of course his immortality has some sort of loophole or something that allows the heroes to win, but it'd seem as if the heroes aren't going to have an easy fight with the villain. The power would maybe be some sort of supernatural ability and maybe turn all of the villain's minions into ghoulish, or twisted beings, with tiers of strength to separate the grunts from the elites. Mafia is a valid reason for the villain's relative or close friend to die as well as give the villain lots of minions to command. It also explains the villain's hair, which gives a wealthy appeal, along with giving the villain the wealth I imagine him having. And of course, the main hero will have whatever ability that concurs all of the villains tricks.

I also liked the guns idea stated earlier, but it'd be cooler (in my opinion) if the villain had the big gun while the hero(es) had small pistols. On the topic of guns, maybe the special ability could be some sort of magical guns.
