Interesting conversation, I think it is pretty simple.

1 server - 1st server
2+ servers - 2nd server

I'm all for a major foreign community in a particular server, without having to worry about lag or discrimination etc. But I am mostly sure of a 2+ servers, if that is to happen, 2nd server is best. Therefore, it is best to make an announcement beforehand. This way we can play smoothly and get to know the game better and be prepared before the international version is here.

What about this, the server you join is the one we (or atleast me) join.
