www.omegle.com is a random anonymous chat that koreans love. just pay attention to the time there, and try to find a korean. When you do be nice to him/her, try to talk about games and stuff. If its a young boy helps telling him you're a hot girl hahaha. eventually tell them you want to play a game that the beta is only open for Korea and you need proof using a cell phone. Tell him/her you understand if this makes him/her unconfortable and that you won't be upset if he/she can't do it. If he can't, find another.

That's what most people did who got their account authenticated.
