why did you max Double strike? Both Storm Strike, and High Speed Needle do more at lvl 3 each.
Also I hate all these people wasting skill points on the upper level energy attacks. They are damage dealing skills, and You are not proficient in Spiritual attacking, so it is worthless to have damage skills of spiritual type.
