well i know alot of u still cant play cuz of account so i made this guide to help

YOU'LL FIRST NEED TO FIND A SITE SITE YOU CAN GO TO TO TALK TO A KOREAN FOR AN ACCOUNT

First you should start the conversation totally not about dbo you definitely don't wanna ask for a number as soon as u get on. start the conversation out talking about how Korea is and compare it with the person to america, that's always a conversation starter, get the person to laugh a little, let them know your human,cool, and nice ( btw GIRLS are so much easier)

Then start to work in things that are similar to mmos, like cartoons, anime, then games then online games then dbo. but don't come right out and say GIMME AN ACCOUNT here either. You wanna start here with something like yeah this new online game called dragonball online just came out in korea but i cant play unless i have a Korean cell phone. Its a game i've been w8tin for for over 3 years and now i can only play if i get a Korean cell number. The person might pick up a hint at this point and start asking more info on it. If not then try either moving on and coming back to it later, or you could pull a slightly risky one and ask the big question do you think mabey you could help me with this'' or 'you think you know anyone who could help me'' at this point the person will either say yes or no, it kin'da depends on how much time u spent getting to know him/her. YOU SHOULD HAVE A REAL CONVERSATION FOR LIKE AN HOUR BEFORE YOU POP THE QUESTION!

if nero made you account the you might wanna get on vent while your doing this so you can get it done right on the spot when he/she gives u there number and im sure someone will put a link to the vent info in the comments anymore questions just ask.

Good find, I lol'd at the "you should have a conversation for roughly an hour before you pop the big question".
It's like trying to get someone to marry you, or getting a Virgin to give you the good stuff. It needs some finess. haha.
