There is the Yin, then there's the Yang. The Yin represents various things; the female, earth, passiveness, a broken line, absorption, valleys, streams amongst other things. The Yang is the complete opposite, together, they make what they call "perfect balance". Our guild's aim is to represent a lot of these things.
• Female: Like a mother, be nurturing caring.
• Passiveness: We don't make war. We stay in peace.
• A broken line: We don't expect perfection whatsoever.
• Valleys: Calm, quiet, relaxed.
This is just a bit of example of what the guild is all about, just a brief explanation. It's basically adds to the fact that this guild welcomes players from anywhere in the world, with a very fair level requirement welcoming almost every class in the game, with reasonable exceptions. As always, there is sort of a catch however, in order for everyone to be able to communicate with each other (communication in this guild is important, ahead you'll see why.). We all need a common way of communication this is why the guild is for English speakers only. No, your English doesn't have to be perfect. As long as you can comprehend get your point through, we don't mind a bit of "Spanglish", "Germish", "Engrish", etcetera. We also ask for active members, you will see why just ahead.
Now, the real purpose of the guild isn't to go in Dojo Wars, participate in Budokai nor any serious PvP (Player versus Player). There is one sole purpose to this guild; Cooperation. As we played more more, we started noticing people were in need of aid, most times these people asking for help would just get ignored. To be honest, this bothered us a bit, so this was the initial thought of the guild. However, as time progressed, we realized that helping others in need wasn't our only purpose. English speakers are very rare in Server 1, (Or so we've read), so having a place where you can have someone to chat with have a good time sounded like a pretty good idea. That's how the Yin Alliance started its development. We knew what we wanted, it was going to happen. We started recruiting people, as we progressed, we realized we were having a good time with these people. Jokes were made, discussion with skills, builds items were taking place, even simple idle chat. As our guild grew, we had people from very low levels, to very high ones. Meaning in this situation, you would always have some to help to help you out. Here is where the communication the activeness are very important; we need active members. This by all means, doesn't mean that you have to be on all day long, but just the fact of seeing you online now then, seeing your level go up, is good enough for us. It shows the our effort isn't in vain.
