Nope , it's the Blue Starter Gift Box thingy , it's Awesome :D , i still have it , but unfortunately it has been removed due to giving starter players one hell of a boost over other players , and You should probably check your web depot , if you have been online long enough over time , then you should get tons of items like i got

THank you so much for the answers everyone, I am just going to keep my build until the next cap or I get a cheap skill book. Everyone's info was extremely helpful, and I apologize for my woodenness when it came to solving the problem but I wanted to explore every possible option.
My build isn't bad at all, it just has a few extraneous things like Kaioken, energy attacks, early moves that got upgraded too far...
