Ok, I don't understand, I chose the top file to download, the msxml.msi file, installed it, and rebooted, updated by clicking the button you showed to click on the launcher, tried the game and didn't work. I've tried running as admin before the installation of msxml, and after, didn't work. So I went on the check the folder of MSXML 4.0 in program files, to notice it empty. So my question is, do I have to download any of the other 3 files on the link for msxml 4.0 for it to work?
I've also had this problem. Windows 7. I've tried everything that I've read. This was kind of my last hope and it hasn't changed anything. Still getting the creating the application is failed error after the game gaurd does its thing then goes away. I did the top download for the msxml as well, but I noticed it said on that page that if you intend to use that download you need to have windows installer 2.0, which i believe I have....... I'm getting desperate here. About ready to throw my computer out the window.
i have also found out that another solution to this "Error 183" is that you might be missing important drivers or might not have the latest and up to date drivers. So check and update all your drivers.
I am a player of Dragon Ball Online, or at least was my game worked normally then eum horrible day it stopped working and started giving this already tried ess MSXML BUT THE SAME MISTAKE I AM BRAZILIAN'm talking and hopefully translate by Google help me because I loved this game and do not want to stop playing.
hi yeah iv had the same problem and my girlfriend go it at the mo, i messed around alot and it ok for me now try updateing windows and fixing dbo which is the top right button you should have already pressed also msxml might be the problem try uninstalling and fixing dbo other than that try all of the files on the msxml website hopefully some of the advice help if not sorry need more skills in pc maintainance lol
