I'll help you out for fun,
1st download Virtualbox or some similar program(It's Windows-, PC- Emulator)
2nd install on it some windows
3rd Install there DBO
4th play on Virtualbox DBO and on your normal windows...
and you have dual client

There might be, but PC emulator is undetectable. Its the same as you have 2 PC with same internet.

i know a program but never tested on Win 7 64bit itscalled BufferZone Pro its still free you Zana could give it a try
