So you want to do the event but have NO idea!? Well here is a simple guide (not pics yet, maybe later if i get unlazy)
Step 1: Go to korin's forest or any starting area where you see a big C logo on your map (you MUST be at least level 10 to do the event)
Step 2: Talk to the mix master and choose the SHOP option and buy the item that is listed for 0 zeni
Step 3: Right next to the mix master, you should see an alien thing that says event that has quests. To do this event you MUST do the first quest 5 times, the last quest (number 4) once and either 2 or 3 two times. Depending on which capsule you want to make is what decides if you do quest 2 or 3 two times. For this to make a bit more sense, right click the item you bought from the mix master and click the blender mix thing you lay on the ground, it tells you the mats you need to make each capsule.
Step 4: Pick up your first quest, you can only do them 1 at a time so you gotta do the same thing 8 times essentially.
Step 5: Go kill ANY mobs that are your level or higher. I am not positive if mobs lower then your level count, but im sure they do if they are within 2-3 levels of you. Once you get 10 items, take the quest back to the event guy, rinse and repeat until you get all the mats to make a capsule.
Step 6: Place your blender on the ground to make a capsule once you get all your mats. Right click the mats in your inventory to place them in the mix window, and hit the button that says MAX just below where the mats are. Then hit START. As you see the bar progress at the bottom, hit the space bar on the lines you see as it progresses (there will be 2), if you do it right, it has a chance to give greater rewards apparently.
I would like to note i did NOT do the space bar thing for my turtle shell i got and only hit one of the bars when i got my caveman dogi, it only took me 2 tries for the turtle on my buu and 1 for the caveman. So I got insanely lucky.
EDIT: To make the cresent capsule you need to do the first quest 5 times, quest 2 two times, and the last quest (4) once.
To make the full moon capsule you need to do the first quest 5 times, the 3rd quest two times and the last quest (4) once).
F.A.Q
1. Can the items from the capsules you make be sold in the auction house or private shop?
As far as I know most of the items can be sold in the auction house, but the dogi and turtle shell are bind and can not be sold.
2. What all comes from the capsules?

3. What are the chances of getting the dogi/turtle shell?
It is completely random. Just gotta keep trying if you don't get it on your first try.
4. Why can I not get quest number 3?
You must be level 30+ to do the 3rd quest. Otherwise you can only make the half crescent moon capsule.
