Updates: It has been announced that Shanda Games has won the rights to DBO in China and will release the game sometime in 2011. Shanda Games accounts are insanely easy to create and a guide on how to do so can be found here.

I'm not sure if I should make a new account on another server, unless it's in english. I mean, why should we change from Korean to Chinese/Japanese?

i agree, chinese will not invite us to play either. im still waiting for english before i start over.

because the japanese/chinease are alot more welcoming to english and american players and all round better atmosphere tbh

Meh, I'd wait for a Japanese Server to come around, and is there a possible release date (I read it with google chrome simplified Hangul and as good as it was some of it didn't make sense).

Probably not for all lvl 50's out there. But I bet it's worth it for all lvl 40 and lower lvls. And even so if what I recall is correct the more people there are on the chinese/japanese servers the higher the chances of there being an american server sometime soon.

It could actually be a nice place for us all to restart. I mean, new faces can reach the top and there will be a bigger community of english speakers.

Even still, the majority of the players on this forum (who mind you are probably a majority of the current english players in dbo) I doubt would all switch to another server where you have to completely start over with nothing, I mean I for one am such a person. Changing from one foreign language to another is pointless... it's still the same game, and even if the Japanese/Chinese community are more friendly towards English people, you can still easily get groups for tmq and whatnot with Koreans, though (not being racial here) the majority of them seem to be douchebags towards us, but that's the same in any game, there will always be douchebags.

The only opportunities that new servers really create is the chance to start fresh with everyone else, which can be good, but enh, for what it's worth I personally won't be changing, even though I love the Japanese. :P

also, I realize that yes there will be more English players in general due to ease of access to the game without having to go through all the KSSN bull, but yeah... Korea ftw for now until English release.
