No article is needed anymore, just write the wish to Shenron and he will give you the code, this is due there was over 1 million entries and it was pretty hard to manage all of this, so Wish a code to Shenron is the fastest solution they found and everyone who wishes the code will get it. This free VIP code event will be on just from Today Friday 22th to Wednesday 4th. Is not known yet if the Closed Beta will be open between those days or after them.
Here is a little guide for those who are still lost in the VIP code event.
1-Go to:http://event.wasabii.com.tw/DBO/1103...gon/index.aspx
2-Click on this option:

3-Click here to access to your facebook and/or allow the applicaiton.

4-Click on the blue botton to allow access
5-Write anything in the box and click on this button.

6-A little window should pop up and there should be your code, click on this button to activate your account.

7-A new window will pop up, click on the left Dragon Ball.

8-Click on the left option to agree Terms of use.

9-Log in or if you were logged already you will get a page were to write the code and then activate it (wasn't able to upload photo here)
10-You should be done if your page looks like this. Your account shoulda be activated for DBO TW now.

I'm not sure about an exact date, but I would expect the closed beta to be released in the next month, hopefully by May!

Nice guide Kidstone. My guess is that the small dark green window reports the status of the beta, so pay attention to it.
