wat is the newest patch update

ok first i got the taiwan uploader to update to the newest update 1.51 54 but when i open i get that error how come when i run as admin i start from 1.51.31 does that mean i have to wait again to update because im running it as admin and im only on the second update soo i have to wait until the patch finishs after i run as admin?
