That's because there isn't much content. It'll grow as people make more mods.

The purpose isn't to get more people into modding, but to be a directory for people to download mods, and to get more people to download the good ones.

But yeah if I see one that isn't very good, I just don't add it.

When you do the editing texture part remember to mention textures need to be saved as DXT5, Iterative fit, perceptual, weight color by alpha, generate mip maps: bilinear. For the best ingame quality.
