After the game updates with the launcher exit the launcher and go to the directory Dbo is in, then direct yourself here: C:\Program Files\DBO_CT_TW\localize\TAIWAN\pack find the file 'lang0.pak' and try removing it from that folder (Put it on your desktop or something). Then go to: C:\Program Files\DBO_CT_TW and try running Dbo via Dbo.exe. If that doesn't work you have to reinstall the entire thing.
