Edited my post to let everyone know how to bring up their team leader.

It showed initiative.

If each team has a different idea of who should lead their team, they are free to bring it up with the project leaders. At this time, we are simply trying to impose structure and rules upon, what has so far been, a very chaotic undertaking.

He brought to us a means to access the 3D models, something we've been trying to do for a very long time in the modding community but never could. He clearly has skills with 3D modeling as well and programming skills to boot.

As the person who made the software to access the 3D models he knows best how to use it and can guide the Graphic Design team in using it in the future.
