my friend says he was banned,there was no reason,its not gonna be lifted so...im just confused

cit am keeping having trouble right now in dbo , like when i lunch the game and press start in the db in a while it goes to dbo then some korean letter apper and i click in the middle and it log me of i try to restart my cp and still didnt work. could u help me or explain what this is

Hey Citrinate...I asked you a few questions in the past.I had some troubles with creating an account so I gave up!I just thought I can wait for the game to launch in eu/us...but that's a problem 2 ,ya know...I'm not a verry patient person especially with dragon ball :D if you're a db fan you know what I mean!Now....I would need some help 2 create an account but not at the time cuz I'm not really at home and I won't be for at least 5 days or a week...THANX FOR BEYING A NICE GUY AND READING MY POST!
