is it playable without english patch?

ok i noticed that the area codes range from 010-019 but the guy gave me a 054 number so i wont be able to use the number he gave me

so as far as the cell number there is no way to change it?

when i press start it brings up a pop up of the one goku/gohan looking guy with the big blue button i click the big button and it brings me to where i have to type name and kssn then after that i have to pick from the 4 i told u about before

im having a prob. i made my account and all but the guy that gave me his number computer lost connection is there a way to change numbers on same account???? and i dont know out of the 4 which to choose for authentication of my account
