Typical Fighter Build, left some SP off so you can max SHSN and Fighting Mastery.

Attack Speed Fighter Build.

Also, and this is purely personal preference, but I don't recommend WFF a lot because it requires you to work on a separate weapon for it to really be effective. Takes away time, zeni, and stones you could be using to +15 your pole.
