I was wondering if I could possible get some help from you. When I tried to log in into my DBO account, it kept telling me that my pascode was not valid until it locked me out. The problem is that I no longer have the name or kssn I used to mke the account because it was on my old computer that was stolen. My question is, do you know if there is away to reset the pass word or have a temporary sent to your email without having the name and kssn? Also, if I composed a email to send to netmarble, do you think you can translate it into koren for me? I would really appreciate your help, it was so diffucult getting an account and i woul hate to lose the character I worked so hard on. Thank you in advance.
