Luckily when i reset my computer i didn't really have much on my computer so it didn't really matter about resetting it but if you do reset it make sure to use an external hard rive for backup files

Hey man, yeah I fixed it but you're not going to like how, I had to completely restore my computer to factory settings. If you do it I hope it works, good luck. :)
