all you need to know is that Blitz Fist, Kaio-Ken, Super Saiyan, Thunder, Increases your attack speed. Mostly is on gear though, so try to figure out what gear is atk speed on KR with the text translator that translates abilities.

Blitz Fist + KaioKen or SSJ is probbably what you saw in my vid plus my gear. gloves and stick. Not just fighters can use attackspeed, i even got some on my turtle and Sword.
