As you can see on the window to the right, I have room for 67,000 points, buuuuuut, the email tells me that I have 0.
Netmarble and CN-USA are two completely different sites that have nothing to do with each other. Netmarble doesn't know what limits CN-USA has and CN-USA doesn't know what limits Netmarble has.
Alright. I just want to know if anyone has had this error before. And I'm just a little skeptical about verifying through these means; I want to know if someone else has done so.
(I'm still meh about this so I'm just trying to play it safe).
So I did the phone verification step, and it did *not* increase my limit at all.
When it returned me to the verification page, it had added,
"Please upload your payment information - credit card image or statement from paper or online (you may hide the first 8 digits of the card number).
Please upload your identity information - your identity card image with photo such as driver license or passport (you may hide the ID number)."
Riiiiiight...
****Problem Solved****
Here's what happened:

The causes of this? The illness of simple stupidity.
Learn from mistakes.
