u have the yellow chip right? press t and 2
u probably are at west city map, go to west city and look there

3rd map middle, gero dungeon, west city, desert mayby.

just keep completing all the quests in one map ( use ur scouter to do this), and you will eventually get a quest that will transition you to the next area. Or, you can just search for the next map area and enter on your own.
