Maybe anyone knows how to get that helmet in TW, I saw already at least few TW players wearing it but i didnt saw any of them in waguwagu vending machines, so maybe there is an event or something ?
You have to be a resident of Taiwan and you have to go to a designated Internet Cafe and participate in the Budokai there to be awarded the Saiyaman Helmet. You can enter online and have to be chosen to be able to attend. Those who are selected and attend have their names posted on the Wasabii news updates after every tournament.

No it would be with the helmets. Example: You can wear the glasses at the same time as the Saiyaman helmet. Thus the items are of a different class. Therefore they would not be listed in the same section of Auction House. They will be with the Ox King Helmet and Chichi Helmet(if someone chooses to sell theirs).
