It's a cloth that you wear above your armor, It doesn't give you any stats or anything but If you get a cool one like goku or trunks looks cool :) i have trunks (L)

the standard guild dogi can be bought at a merchant for 7k (the blank one)
but that's just for an emblem or hiding armor that u don't like
