Hello guys every time I log out then log back in everything on my quest log is gone what do I do.

its not supposed to happen. i had it also that my quest log is gone and that my 3rd skill tab is also gone.
idk how i fixed it but it doesnt dissapear now.
maybe cuz i reinstalled it
