hey guys, i'm a swordsman lvl 40 but i cant maintain my ssj without being "sit down"

is there any items who helps in EP regenaration?
or
it has other way to maintain it?

ENG Rings.. They help a lot.. Don't buy chips they are useless

lol well dude u can maintain EP regen naturally if u lvl up higher lol xD like around lvl 46 u will be able to stay ssj for about an hour without dying...actually 48 lol xD. but ssj for MAs suck lol its better for spirits xD. when we transform our EP is like 8-9k lol.
