just because low level gameplay isnt fun after the 3rd time you do it im going to stick with the korean one and wait until the japanese release and assuming we can play in that one thats where il keep my majin character and then of course we will hopefully get an english version soon and we can all play in that one

The Chip that Shenron gives from summoning him is Dragon Radar chip - it gives You ability to see on Your minipan which monsters have low chances to drop Dragon Balls. Instead of green/yellow/red dots on minimap You will see small dragon ball.
