There is no Rule stating foreigners aren't supposed to be playing this game. In fact from what I have been hearing they encourage foreigners users to play. GMs even talk to us English Speakers in English to help sort out in game issues. When it comes down to it, it's cool we can play this game still and they have no issue with it, because this Game is NEVER EVER coming out in Country's outside of Asia. I think the Taiwanese understand this fact. Also some of us foreigners bring money to the cash shop too, I have spent money and that HELPS fund this game. Lastly if foreigners aren't allowed to play this game then they would place the same kind of messed up Safe Guards the Koren's placed up like the KSSN.

I'm glad they are doing maintenance, it means they care about this game and are trying to keep it running smoothly.

This game is coming outside of Asia. They have already bought domains for it and there is already graphics rendered for an English release. Whoever told you that it's not going to be released outside of Asia is an idiot.

If Taiwan understood that "fact" then they would open up the cash shop to us and try to benefit from the extremely large amount of willing customers. Why don't they? Because it's not a fact.

There is no rule saying we're not allowed to play, but we are outside the intended service region. So yes, we're technically not supposed to be here in the first place.

if they intended for our money to fund their game, they wouldnt lockdown the cash shop with a taiwanese ID AND phone number AND an asian credit card from an asian IP address before we could buy cash shop points, or pay someone to do whatever they do to unlock it

then let me tell you guys a story. A member of our guild Tekai, got his char buged on the red map, wherever he tried to log in , the client would crash, he also lend us his account so we couldd test that and it was really buged. then he send a message to the suport in english , and wasabii answered him in english and also fixed his char.

So yeah, even though we are not supposed to be here, they are very helpfull.

It is not in the Terms and Conditions that people outside the intended area are not allowed to experience the game, it is in fact aimed at the Taiwanese market and just because a GM spoke English does not mean anything, it is simply good customer service. It doesn't matter where you live, its just if you are not from the country you cant benefit from all of the features the game can offer.

yeah, and I didnt stated to opositive, I was just saying that despite all that you mentioned they are helpfull no matter where you are from, different from korean , who would answer you with a ban.
