That's true? I have never seen this blue effect... and i have never seen my namek receaving half damage. :S

Hope you will be able to answer me and clarify the effects of the physical and spiritual defense. :)

And another question... how can i know how the monsters attack? physical or spiritual? monsters that attack with no range do physical damage, and with range are spiritual?

its true, i believe it also reduces how much damage you take per hit with the added bonus of a chance at half damage. Spiritual attacks are usually ranged attacks PvE, like the alien guys shooting laser guns or throwing ki balls at you

I have tested this and defense reduced the damage I was taking. From 200 to 90.

I've never seen the blue effect, and me receiving half damage.

what blue effect??? if you get +7,+8 and press block, ull have blue shield and you recieve half damage. That???
