Are servers down?

my account's verified and everything, still the "START" button on the dbo.netmarble.net is unpressable for me :/

are you using internet explorer? if your not, you can't press gamestart

For some odd reason, I go back on DBO and I check my friend's list and there is no one on there. I also try to whisper someone and i don't see what I wrote or an error indicating whether he is on or off. I'm pretty sure I'm not disconnected or anything. Does anyone know what the problem is?
