Nobody upgrades this stat. Don't bother with it.

There are many other more useful stats you should be upgrading.

not really, use the 33 event to get another character to Lv 33, then do the RP dungeon as him/her, i have 3 EP chips ATM waiting for me, but im busy playing Digimon online

Digimon online sux balls... can't compare it with DBO...
Anyway, to increase ENG get rings, earrings, neklace, armor with ENG effect... but you probably want it to hold the SSJ but trust me... you are wasting time, you get no benefits for holding it... get the correct stats according to your master class and get stronger!
