I don't really see any need for a merge. I've never had a problem finding help or a party for TMQ's with my guild; those guys have always been there for me. I've also gotten help from other guilds like Vesperia on some occasions. So, maybe we should worry about something like ending silly guild wars. (Merciless Vs. Legion) I don't know.
Look at it this way...we are kind of like one giant guild on this forum who help each other out with problems in-game through threads or gossip about stuff like what we want implemented, etc. We are the english community! "D

Even if we could get all of the mainly active members into one guild, someone would do something that would cause a person or group to leave and create a new guild. I would prefer us all be together, but many variables come into play... like the leader and co-leaders, guild rules, those who don't follow the rules, etc...

guys i dont understand. Only few active english player gaming?
I ask because hungarian players have 5guild and in all guild have 40-50active members. Now 100-140 active player always.
I think should the guilds more and more hard work with players. And always depends on the guild leader or jr. master. If leader active and helpfully new members always will active and creating characters and lvl up to 55.
But the high lvl players always not helping to new players, they not will playing long time.
I think this is the most importent. And if it change.
Can be merge.
I think if new allied guild will creat only 100place for acctive players nad 50 for new players.

Creating a guild for active players only is, indeed, a positive idea; but due to the fact of unfair players being present, it would never work. Eventually the population would split because of conflict.
BUT if it was to happen, like i said before, there are many different asspects. As for the leader, we could rotate leaders similar to the United States government. For example: We vote ,here, on who should run the guild for a specific period of time, then that leader chooses his Jr. Masters. Later on, after the period is up, we vote in a new guild leader and then he/she chooses the new Jr. Masters. Doing this would allow us to stay together and be a bigger "foreign" community.
It would also allow the people that dislike the current leader not react in a negative way because the leader will eventually change. Although this stratagey may succeed, there are kinks that cannot be worked out. If the current leader was to speak out against the guild or become dissapproving, we cannot remove him by force. If the current leader does not choose to pass leader to the next voted person, he could with-hold it as long as he intends ultimatley causing the guild to fail.
The rules would have to be made and followed, when the rules are broken that member is punished (not likley) or expelled... but when that person is expelled they could easily take friends and make a new guild... causing us all to end up right back where we started.

I think all the English players should all be in one guild! It would be so much better finding people for tmq's and such ;)..... Its hard enough finding people that are tanks or healers. Let me know what you think. i s this a good idea or what?

Another factor to consider with this idea, is what if the appointed leader of the guild all of a sudden disappears one day? Then everyone in the guild is lead by an inactive leader, which would drive people to leave and open up a new guild. That system that you suggested has many flaws, so it would never work, despite it being the best way for a "english guild merge" to happen.
