This isnt a bug its the way the dogi is. I learned this when i put it on my darker skinned sword a week or two ago. I dont think this will be change also :(
There are other bugs that change in color depending on your skin color. I've noticed with red skinned majins, half of the vegito dogi is a darker blue to the lower half. I'm not sure why, but its certainly something they have to fix up.
