lv60 820 power 4 slot, model same like lv 1 scouter (from mudosa cl60). lv 60 with 8 slot from npc in tourney map, model like candy scouter.

yesterday i got a chips +890 lp +1rp charge +2ep charge 1reflect on Mudosa gambler lvl 21 ._.

yes.. and lp 897 legend chip lv 50. from cl 20 only chip lv 50 (rare & legend) + lv 34 accessories (rare & legend), and also scouter lv 26 ex 310 power (my wonder use that scouter, for kid tourney).

cl60 has armor pvp for namek lv 60 with 875 -150 main base def (jacket + pant), boot 760 - 120. the status very bad. u can change the status with b.box later. same with weapon (glove) but has big attack status in main base 202 m.attack

Now this might just be speculation, but it seems that all "damaged" based formula skills are significantly nerfed. Hence why turtles/fighters are doing such horrendous damage, and SMs still being able to function adaquately.

So you can get these awesome things from a quest? Or are there some special pre-conditions with this?
