I have the first 2 quest balls and working on the 3rd. (Im a noob at lvl 9) I just found out that with these quest dragonballs you CANT wish for the super saiyan skill and that you need a differnt type of dragonball!!!? So i need help. From what I understand these "other" dragonballs have a shine about them and can be found from monster drops. So the dragon radar chip that i can get from a wish with the quest balls shows me where the "Other Shiny" Dragonballs are? Or more BS quest balls? If there is any kind of guide to finding the shiny dragonballs to get the SSJ skill please let me know, or if you can just tell me hows this works. Is the shine dragonballs just a percent chance from every monster you fight? In other words does every monster you fight have a chance of dropping one. Or do they have specific places to find them?
