Is TMQ 4 the best way to lvl?

All the quests i'm getting at lvl 50 are pretty crap in terms of xp (average of 5000-7000 per quest) and i was wondering is TMQ 4 Would be quicker to lvl than just doing the quests.

you can also do tmq 5
but tmq 4 is easy and fast
