ok so i would say forget solar flare and save 5 SP, same thing for swiftness, its a very short buff only 1min and 4min cooldown, good only for pvp for my opinion, i would max kaioken cause i find it very usefull for kill bosses alone when needed and cd is only 5-6mins with concentration instead of waiting 52mins for ssj, put 1 more point into fighting mastery at lvl 60, the rest oof the stats i would put on an aoe skill for faster mobing, but all this depends to u and your style of gameplay..also u can max super HSN at 60, im more oriented on a pve build but its up to u what to learn

ah..and sorry when i said u should not max HSN...that was a mistake, only now i see what i typed, i dont know what i wanted to say but totaly not that :/ u need to max both HSN skills... so sorry again
