You'll find me on the Taiwanese Server 2, normally on Channel 1 or 2 and on iTriple.
I'd love some help with getting started! I'm stuck on the first quest after leaving Kami Island ; A;

Roshi's island xD...between on the 1st quest you have to target the NPC and scan her with scouter (press T).

Good luck meet ya in game :-). Between most of the eng speaking people are on ch4 usually.
