They are random...
and u can also use them to get stats on ur dogi`s ??
For that you need a ball with a spades mark on it. Again, if they weren't in your webback you're out of luck. They also break you're dogi so it's a bad idea.
brown boxes=cash shop
silver boxes =lvl 50-54 purple chests (you have to be verry luky to get one , and yes you can chose what stats you want )
and on dogis like TrunksX2 said you need that ball.
The dogi will bind if it doesn't break. DO NOT use the ball on anything expensive or important. My recommendation: Get T shop sunglasses and use the ball on those. Maybe use it on the T shop Goku dogi if you don't mind saving up 3500 tokens again if you break it.
