Ok so i saw the guide by "poopface" on how to get the dragonballs. But i have a few questions:

1) I'm level 34 like he was in the guide, and i wanted to know if the dragonballs that are dropped by the monsters of this level are the ones to get SSJ at level 40.

2)Can i use the scouter that comes when we are level 1? or having a better scouter is better to catch dragonballs?

The reason why i'm asking this is because im dying to get the SSJ right on level 40 and (when the flying patch comes out just freaking fly being a SSJ...yea i't my dream since the first OB of this game.)

Only tier 2 dbs have ssj.
l think that answers your question.

Tier 3 has all the same wishes as tier 2 if im not mistaken only the gear is better.

hey im a level 38 are there any recommended areas where i should hunt at???

At your level I'd just run around a level 38 area and kill any DB mobs you see, frequently changing channels. Level 30-40 mobs are a bit tougher to kill so it's harder to grind one spot for DBs.
