hello, i play dbo taiwan server.
i have problem, yesterday i sell my dogi in AH, and then i log out the game. after 8 hours i log in back to the game. then i check my dogi in AH has sold! but no one email received. whats wrong?
its a second time i lost my email form AH, first i lost 20.000.000, and now i lost 250.000.000. anyone have solution? or have same problem? help me

Try and re-install the game? Or you could wait for maintenance and hope that it will fix the problem.

You could try and writing to Wasabii about your problem, but I don't know how helpful that would be.

i have the same problem..if you have another account try to email with it the account with the lost zeny...

for me this work all the time only 1 time dosen't work and idk why...

dude I know how you feel I lost my dragon radar when I was sending it between accounts

there is a easy way to recover that money loss, I had to learn it cause that bug already made me loss around 2 billion zenny.


Here is what you have to do. Put any crap item you have for sell in actioun house and remove it right away, that item will trigger all the other items that didnt come.

if you loged off before doing that, say bye to you money.

thats not true at all, i received lost mails after more than a week, so sometimes lost mails comes back with time even when you have changed channel or logged out

Sometimes you still get them but i still recomend to do what Sabin said.
I had lost mails so removed what i still had at AH and it triggered the other mails.
